Occasionally a player will find the adjustable Mollenhauer thumb rest doesn’t have enough length when fitted to an instrument. Rather than re drilling the mounting holes lower we decided to make a longer thumb rest slider as a direct replacement for the original. With a stem length of 35mm and a slight modification to the groove it has an extra 15mm of adjustment. If this isn’t enough please get in touch and a special can be made to your requirement.
